Returns Policy

We accept opened items in re-sellable conditions up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please contact our customer service department for more details.

Due to the nature of the products and the discounts we offer on them, all complete bikes are not returnable unless there is a defect from manufacturer. We will handle returns on a case by case basis.
